Eric Krapf
Eric Krapf is General Manager and Program Co-Chair for Enterprise Connect, the leading conference/exhibition and online events brand in the enterprise communications industry. He has been Enterprise Connect’s Program Co-Chair for over a decade. He is also publisher of No Jitter, the Enterprise Connect community’s daily news and analysis website.
Eric served as editor of No Jitter from its founding in 2007 until taking over as publisher in 2015. From 1996 to 2004, Eric was managing editor of Business Communications Review (BCR) magazine, and from 2004 to 2007, he was the magazine's editor. BCR was a highly respected journal of the business technology and communications industry.
Before coming to BCR, he was managing editor and senior editor of America's Network magazine, covering the public telecommunications industry. Prior to working in high-tech journalism, he was a reporter and editor at newspapers in Connecticut and Texas.

Mark Straton Cisco
Mr. Straton is Senior Director, Calling and Contact Center Marketing at Cisco, coming from the BroadSoft cloud UCaaS acquisition where he served as Vice President, Corporate and Product Marketing. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Sales and Marketing at energy management IoT start-up GridPoint, and Senior Vice President, Global Marketing for $4 billion Siemens communications divisions. Mr. Straton holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

Cyrus Nooriala has served from July, 1998 to present as President and CEO of Cywest Communications, Inc. Prior to Cywest, Mr. Nooriala founded various companies providing bleeding-edge technologies to meet the demand for faster and more cost-effective means of communication. He has held various positions from software design in early virtualization technologies, to bridging the gap between mainframe systems and the Internet. Mr. Nooriala attended the University of California, Irvine as a Mathematics Major, and California State University, Fullerton where he double-majored in Computer Science and Business Marketing. During this time, Mr. Nooriala began his entrepreneurial endeavors and has remained as a solid influence in the industry ever since.
