Consultant Membership Requirements

To be eligible for full Consultant Membership in the SCTC, an individual must have three years experience in telecommunications or information technology as follows:  

  • At least one year working as an information and/or communications technology consultant and currently employed as a consultant.
  • The remaining experience may include:
    • Employment by a provider of information and/or communications technology equipment or services in a sales or engineering capacity.
    • Study in the information and/or communications technology discipline at an institution of higher education.
    • Employed in a technical or managerial capacity in the information and/or communications technology field by a user of information and/or communications technology services and equipment.
    • Similar or related experience.
  • Provide client references for a minimum of 3 projects.
  • Agree to abide by and uphold the ethical and professional standards of the SCTC.
  • Provide evidence in the form of client references of having conducted themselves in accordance with the SCTC ethical and professional standards.

Consultant 1 (First Consultant From Company) - $575
Consultant 2 (Second Consultant From Company) - $450
Consultant 3 (Third Consultant From Company) - $200
Consultant Multi-Member (All Additional Consultants From Company) - $200
