Translating AI and Digital Transformation into Value for your Customers
Communi cations technology consultants are now just as much in the business of tech nology as change management, and with that come new challenges for providin g new value for customers. Keeping up with technology is difficult for ever yone, and consultants are in a unique position to help customers do that. To learn how, noted analyst and SCTC member Jon Arnold will talk about two big trends in particular – AI and digital transformation – not about the as sociated technologies, but rather how customers need to think about them to realize new value. Jon will share learnings from SCTC’s recent CRG event, as well from the Future of Work conference he just chaired.

Jon Arnold is Principal of J Arnold & Ass ociates, an independent analyst providing thought leadership and g o-to-market counsel with a focus on the business-level impact of digital tr ansformation in the workplace. Core areas of expertise include unified comm unications, cloud services, collaboration, Internet of Things, future of wo rk, contact centers, customer experience, video, VoIP, and social media.
He has been consulting in many of these areas since 2001, and his indep endent practice was founded in 2005. JAA is based in Toronto, Ontario, and serves clients across North America as well as in Europe.
